The Solstices and Equinoxes are really important portals that if we know how to activate them, can really set our energy frame for the next phase to come, until the Autumn Equinox.
In the live activation, we talked about the meaning of the word Solstice – when the sun stops or stations for three days. We invite you to do solar practices (you can listen about them in the recording) for the next three days, activate your heart and your thymus gland, visit a Temple or Sacred Space and bring celebration and gratitude energy to them!
It’s more important than ever to help raise the frequency of the planet, and one way we can achieve that is returning to the Temple, to Sacredness and activating the Global Temple Grid that existed thousands of years ago.
We also went through specific affirmations especially for the energy of the Summer Solstice (you can hear more about it in the recording), that we recommend you continue practicing for the next three days – you can find them in the recording.
