Life is getting more and more restricted in many ways, especially the last few years, and we absolutely feel with all our hearts that coming together, rebuilding our tribes, to create a harmonic blissful environment for us to live, thrive, support each other and activate our mission, is the roadmap to our freedom.
The most important aspect in the design of a Conscious Community is having a very coherent and harmonic masterplan. In Geophilia, we call that a Holistic Masterplan, which means we design it taking into consideration many aspects (included in the Geophilia design System), such as Sacred Geometry, Earth Radiation Location Analysis, Auspicious Design according to Ancient Wisdom (Feng Shui, Vaastu), Bioclimatic Design, Permaculture and so much more.
We always recommend to anyone who wants to start such a community, to do a full masterplan that includes anything that will be built in the future, even if the construction takes place in phases and maybe some parts will be built in some years.
That is extremely important, as everything can be integrated in the design, to create a being (as any project is) that is coherent. Otherwise adding buildings through the years in an additive way, that do not belong to this holistic design, can create a very fragmented community in terms of the energy of its layout, that of course can affect in many ways the community itself.
