📱The easiest way I have found is installing f.lux for the computer (https://justgetflux.com/) and twilight for android (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.urbandroid.lux&hl=en) software. They are both for free. 🔇These software block blue wavelengths on your screen after sunset, and switch to mainly red wavelengths which are promoting the production of melatonin, thus helping you gradually relax and go to sleep. 🕯Another tip is to massively reduce the light intensity of your screens, as at night it can be too harsh for the eyes. 🔌For the ones looking for something more complex and advance, have a look at Iris software (https://iristech.co) , where more functions and settings are offered. 👀I have been personally using these tools for more than 2 years now, and I can assure you, they have made such a positive impact on my sleep!
