the way we ingest our food and water: offering gratitude to the earth, the plants, the animals and the people involved in the process, being conscious of every bite and of our digestion, eating in peace without distractions, sharing a prayer
- having a shower or a bath: cleansing the space with incense, adding essential oils/ flowers/ crystals to the water, giving thanks for the abundance of water in our lives, having special harmonic music, create a bath process as a purification ritual
- the way we approach our beloved or our family/friends: remembering that we are all one, connected, our close ones are our mirrors, reminding them of their most beautiful qualities, offering gratitude for their presence in our lives.
Sacredness is just a switch inside of us that we just need to remember to turn on. Once it is activated, our whole life can feel as a ritual.
A very direct way to infuse our lives with sacredness is through pilgrimages to Ancient Temples! The effect that these Temples produced was to create what is called Sacred Space. That mind sound religious enough, but from our research of many years, we have discovered that sacred space does have specific science to it. It is what we call in Geophilia, The Science of Space Harmonics.
That is why we have been sharing research and knowledge around Temples, with our courses, transmissions, articles and books, as we really feel that understanding their complex spiritual technology and not seeing them as archaeological ruins, activating them once again, reigniting them as whole network around the earth and returning to sacredness in our lives through our connection to our Inner Temple can really help us and the planet pass to a higher vibration and we can experience better days.
